1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HookAILoop website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the HookAILoop platform.

2. Service Description

HookAILoop provides a European CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) specializing in automation and AI integration services, including:

AI voice agents with proprietary SIP/VoIP stack
Chat agents and website widgets
SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation
N8N workflow automation with 300+ connectors
Automated quality assurance (LLM-as-Judge)
Multi-LLM support (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini)

3. User Obligations

As a user of HookAILoop services, you agree to:

Comply with applicable laws: Use our services only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Do not misuse the platform: Refrain from using the services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to spamming, fraud, or harassment.
Maintain confidentiality: Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your access with unauthorized parties.
Do not disclose proprietary information: Not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary technology, documentation, or trade secrets of HookAILoop.
Report vulnerabilities: Promptly report any security vulnerabilities or breaches you discover to contact@hookailoop.com.
Respect intellectual property: Not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on HookAILoop technology or content.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the HookAILoop platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of HookAILoop.

Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights or license to our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for the intended use of the services.

5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

HookAILoop is fully GDPR-compliant. We are committed to protecting your data with:

European data hosting (EU data centers)
End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest
Automatic PII anonymization
Configurable data retention policies
Full audit logging for compliance

6. Service Modifications

HookAILoop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HookAILoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HookAILoop during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

9. Data Hosting

All data processed through the HookAILoop platform is hosted exclusively in Estonia and the European Union, in secure, certified data centers.

Our infrastructure is designed to ensure:

Data residency within the EU at all times
Compliance with GDPR and European data protection standards
High availability and redundancy
Regular security audits and penetration testing
